At each level you have to destroy all the blocks and monsters. You can jump on monsters from above. The dead monster undermines the ground under it, which gradually destroys itself. Also in the game there is dynamite that throws you after the explosion, as well as a cannon that shoots rockets

whats all this talk in the description about some "monsters"
for some reason, on level 21, there is no explosive at the end
Level 21 is just unfair. The exploding enemy at the end always explodes itself before you get to it.
